Buddhism is the country's leading religion, with 55% of the population identifying themselves as Buddhists. The Vietnamese economy is one of the fastest growing among Asian countries, with an average annual GDP growth rate of about 6.5%. Every year, a total of 80,000 Vietnamese leave the country for jobs overseas.  Currently, approximately 400,000 Vietnamese workers are present in  more than 40 countries around the world. In Vietnam, seniority and respect are  key concepts in business culture. Vietnamese value older members, corporate positions, experience, and age. Vietnamese corporations usually have a hierarchical business structure, with authority and decision-making delegated  from above. In East Asian culture, respect for ancestors and community and family values is important.

Vietnamese labour is also employed for unskilled and skilled positions in Hungary and throughout Europe.

Unskilled

They perform excellently in unskilled positions (e.g. operator, assembler, packer, agricultural auxuliary).

Blue collar

In the case of skilled work, we can count on their expertise in the construction, agricultural, meat, clothing and manufacturing industries.
