The majority of the Indonesian population is Islamic. Because of their faith, provocative behavior in their society is reprehensible. They avoid conflict situations, follow the rules, therefore they have a positive image in their European living environment. They are strongly group-oriented, they do not have individualism in mind, thus they do not have the interests of the individual but the interests of the majority in mind. They are loyal and family-oriented, so they are not characterized by migration in a foreign work environment.
